I know it's been like forever since we've 'spoken' but you were still on my site, so I figured all was good - any way I have a favor to ask that could also be a help if you are still promoting.

I belong to a group called the Peacock Writers and we write for children's charities - that is any income from the books go to a children's charity - this year it's Make a Wish.

Our first book was featured by Amazon.com on the Dictionary.com site for 15 minutes and I was fortunate to be on that site - of course, I'm always looking up words so I guess it's not that strange that I got to see it - anyway that book is called A Whimsical Holiday for Children and the second book called, The Rain Cloud's Gift is going to the NYC BOOK FAIR at the JACOB JAVIT'S CONVENTION CENTER. No mass books or signing, just books displayed for industry professionals, stars, editors, publicists, publishers, and acquisition teams for the movie industry. Gwenna D'Young has an Angel who was so impressed with the book, and has given us the money and backing to have the book appear in the line up. This book is also in kindle and print. my story, Mason and The Rainbow Bridge appears in the book - the author retains all rights to the story they write - it is only for the book for charity that it goes into that the proceeds go to whatever charity that is picked. Next year we think St. Jude's for Children. I've got a temporary cover which shows the real dog in the story and the read is free but we'll be doing full pix when I put it out for sale.

Anyway, our next book is aimed for the Autumn/Halloween/Harvest and we are aiming to get stories that will represent different cultures. Would you be willing to write a story? It would be due by August 15. You would get recognition - we would need a short biography and links.

Hi Welski! I liked your website already even though I haven't read everything fully yet. Just skim here and there. I'd like to read more of your works, you know, I have always admired your writing skill.

By the way, I haven't finished my book list yet, still trying to find time to do it, but it would be easy now. Last week, I arranged my bookshelf and discovered I do have a handfull of classic novels. Right now, I'm reading Tuesdays with Morrie (yes I know I'm a late bloomer hehe) and has several recently purchased books waiting to be read...

So, good luck with your novel in the making! I believe you are reaping a number of literary fans out there already hehehe! Don't forget me when you're famous ha! You should give me copies of your books with autograph and for free too! Hahaha!
